A graduate of Occidental College in Los Angeles, Seth got his start in finance a decade ago working in community and business banking helping clients finance not only homes, but everything from boats to printing presses. Four years ago Seth left corporate banking to focus on real estate financing exclusively.

Seth lives and works in the San Gabriel Valley, focusing his business on first time buyers and step up buyers including those who need bridge financing or other special financing.

When not working, Seth spends his time indulging in his hobbies of cooking, photography, hiking, and zymurgy.
