A licensed real estate broker, Bruce has vast experience in structuring real estate loans for all types of properties and borrowers, and is backed by a company with access to thousands of loan programs. Customer service is a priority with Bruce and he strives to ensure his clients are kept fully informed of developments throughout the entire loan process.
Bruce holds a B.A. degree from CSU Northridge and has many years’ experience in building and remodeling homes and commercial properties. He is also an accomplished public speaker accustomed to training real estate agents and loan originators in the mortgage industry.
Leisure time is spent with his family. He enjoys world traveling,
and his hobbies have included ham radio, tennis, voluntary work and
fund-raising for the City of Hope Hospital.
